The Chambersburg Country Club offers a wide variety of facilities, capable of hosting meetings, receptions, dinners, luncheons, breakfasts, and golf outings. The Ball Room can accommodate up to 250 people. We also have a full size dance floor available. All events will be tailored to individual needs.
All food and beverages must be purchased through Chambersburg Country Club. Decorations may be brought onto the premises with prior approval of management. Decorations should be put up the day of the event unless permission is given by the manager. There will be an additional room rental fee of $50.00 per day the room is decorated and unused. Also, it is not the responsibility of the clubs staff to take down or store any decorations. They must be taken down at the end of the event unless permission has been given from the manager. The club requests that all personal property be picked up within 24 hours of completion of function. The Chambersburg Country Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items. All entertainment must be co-coordinated with the Banquet Manager and will be advised of our policies and procedures regarding independent contractors.
Functions
are based on a period of five hours. The
time given for guests to arrive will constitute official start time. We will gladly accommodate requests for
additional time, for an additional fee of $125.00 per hour. An approximate guest count is due 2 weeks
prior to the event with entree choice and selection breakdown. The exact number of persons to be in
attendance for all functions or golf outings is due 2 days prior to the date of
the event. This count is not subject to billing
reduction, and is considered a financial obligation.
Current menu prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in the food market; however, we will guarantee your selections 30 days prior to your scheduled event. Large parties of 75 or more are limited to 2 choices if having a plated dinner, with appropriate number of selection due two weeks prior to the event and the exact number due two days prior to the function. Functions of 15 to 74 persons are limited to a total of no more than three selections. Plated dinners with two choices of 75 people or more must have assigned seating with appropriate counts per table. If this is not feasible, a buffet would be the only option. Our menus serve only as suggestions. We will gladly custom tailor your event. Substitutions due to dietary restrictions are gladly accommodated, and will be priced accordingly.
Your function will be confirmed upon the receipt of a deposit. An applicable deposit of $500.00 for a Saturday function or Wedding Reception is required. For all other events, a $300.00 deposit is required. A full refund will be issued if your event is cancelled six or more months prior to the scheduled date. A 50% refund will be issued if cancelled within three to six months. No refund will be issued if cancelled within three months.

*Members receive a 50%
reduction on the ballroom fee. This
reduction will be honored only if you are sponsoring a personal party or if you
are owner of the company holding the event at the club.

reduction on the Pub for members.
